Quick answers

When is my card charged?

Once, when you pay the link, for the 10 paid walks. The 11th credit is added by us at $0. Every walk after that just uses a credit — no new charges.

Do the credits expire?

No. They sit in your wallet until you use them — next week or next winter.

Can I use a 30-minute credit for a 60-minute walk?

A pack is one duration, and its credits pay for walks of that length. Need a longer visit one day? Book it as a regular walk — your pack keeps waiting for the next 30-minute one.

How does the referral reward work?

Your friend joins with your link or enters your code. Once their first visit is completed, a free 30-minute walk credit appears in your wallet automatically — we'll email you when it lands.

Is this for new clients only?

No. Existing clients buy packs straight from the account page, and the referral code works both ways.

What if my plans change?

Credits don't burn out, and if something's off — call us. A human answers, and we'll make it right.
